2006 Waikiki Offshore Series

Electronic On Line Entry System:

The links below allow an owner and/or skipper to provide the Waikiki Offshore Series Race Committee detailed information on their yacht in an electronic format. The necessary data is similar to what was required on paper form. Use the links below or visity the Regatta Information page for the Notice of Race (NOR). In the future additional information and forms will be found here.

A minimum set of information is required or you will not be able to submit your information to the database. These are highlighted in on the entry forms by shaded boxes (if the auto fill feature of your browser is turned off). Please provide as much information on these forms that is currently available. We understand that crew details are not usually at the early stage of an entry but the race history of the owner/skipper and the yacht are used to determine eligibility as specified in the Notice of Race. The more information that is provided the faster the entry will be approved.

There will be some minor changes and an additional page to fill out in the near future. An entrant will be informed by email when these changes occur or if additional information needs to be provided. During this process you will chose a login in ID and password so you can return to your entry to update you information. Please make note of these choices.

Paper Snail Mail Entry Forms:

For this race we are asking the entrants to fill out both the on-line information and the paper entry form. Use the link below to download this form. After both of these have been completed any changes that are made to an entry only needs to be completed on-line.

So here is the drill:

Step 1

Fill out as much information as you can in the on line system. The more the better. Go to the On Line System Initial Login page to begin this process. There are three pages. You can skip over any information that is not currently available EXCEPT those items in the highlighted boxes.

Step 2

Download the Entry Form in either the PDF format or MS - Word® format (right click and save target for this file), fill it out and mail it in with your entry fee. The address is:

Entry Fees:

Waikik Offshore Regatta: $15.00 per foot
Molokai Channel Race: $5.00 per foot
Combined Waikiki Offshore Regatta and Molokai Channel Race: $18.00 per foot

Entry fees shall be based on oveall boat length measured in feet as rounded up to the nearest foot. All fees must be in US DOLLARS and made payable to: Waikiki Yacht Club.

Entry Fees listed above expire on July 15, 2006. After that date, entries will be assesed an additional $100 late fee. Late entries close on July 21, 2006.

A $50 discount will apply to the entry fee of an owner/charter who is a current member of US Sailing.

Entry Fees are not refundable.

Entry fees may be paid by Cash, Check, Money Order and Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Entry fees paid by credit card will require an additional fee of $16 to offset the credit card discount rate.

In the future you will probably need to return to the on line entry system to either update or change your information. You can use this link to the return login page for to gain access to your information. You can only use this link if you have already filled out an entry as described above. You will need your User ID and Password that you provided in the initial process. When you do the initial entry please make a note of these.
